Starting November 22nd, 2024 NCI is launching an exclusive 10-part online coaching series focused on helping you navigate your way as you integrate NCI’s High-Performance HVAC™ approach into your business.
What is High-Performance HVAC Contracting?
High-Performance HVAC professionals deliver comfort, safety, health, and energy efficiency using proven testing methods and documented results.
High-Performance professionals are craftsmen who rely on field measurements to diagnose system problems and identify solutions. Once the problems are resolved, they repeat the measurements to prove the system works as promised.
How Does the 10-Part Program work
From November 22nd, 2024 to August 15th 2025 NCI’s Path to High-Performance Coaching series will consist of a monthly online video group coaching where we will focus on ten key areas of integrating this approach into your HVAC service and installation business.
Each 90-minute interactive session will be a group discussion led by NCI’s VP of Training, David Richardson and other NCI coaches.
Here’s a list of the coaching session topics:
Session 1 – November 22nd: Implement static pressure testing on all service calls
Session 2 – December 20th: Generate leads from Service and Maintenance testing
Session 3 – January 17th: Add Air Upgrades to your product offerings
Session 4 – February 21st: Include airflow measurement on sales calls
Session 5 – March 21st: Sell and perform Duct System Optimization
Session 6 – April 18th: Integrate combustion safety testing on service calls
Session 7 – May 16th: Prove System Performance with Delivered BTU testing
Session 8 – June 20th: Commission your installations
Session 9 – July 18th: Weatherproof your company
Session 10 – August 15th: Build a culture of accountability
Each session will be recorded so you can go back and review them with your team. Sessions start at 11 AM Eastern and will run until 12:30 PM.
This series is available to all NCI-trained contractors. If you attended Summit 2024, this is a great way to keep the momentum going right into Summit 2025.
